The CLSU Maestro-Singers of the Central Luzon State University was organized in 1998 by a Classic Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Florante P. Ibarra. Serving as CLSU’s cultural ambassadors, the group had won numerous awards in local, regional, national, and international levels. After merely four years of existence, the Singers have gained a lot in terms of competition awards enough to say that they are successful in earning fame in choral singing. Recently, the group bagged 2 awards in the recently concluded 3rd BCS World Virtual Choir Festival hosted by Bandung Choral Society in Indonesia namely Gold Medal Award in the Folklore Category and the Most Viewed Friendship Concert Entry. Awarded Gold Diploma Award in Mixed Choir Category and Silver Diploma Award in Sacred Music Category in the 4th Macau International Choral Competition held at Macau, China in 2019. The group also won two Gold Awards both Sacred and Open Mixed Categories at the 11th Orientale Concentus International Choral Festival held on July 1-4, 2018 at School of the Arts, Singapore; the group was likewise awarded 1st runner up in the 2017 National PASUC Culture and Arts Festival held at Siliman University, Dumaguete City; awarded a Gold Diploma in 2014 Busan Choral Festival and Competition, Busan, South Korea (October, 2014); likewise, they garnered two gold medals in the Folkloric Category and two silver medals in the Mixed Category during the 4th Winter Choral Competition held at Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong (December, 2013) and 1st Sing n’ Joy Manila International Choral Festival (December, 2013) respectively. At present, the CLSU Maestro-Singers maintains their high standard in choral singing and sustaining the university’s reputation as a dynamic and respected state university in the Philippines, not only in the field of agriculture and allied sciences but also in the field of choral music. Recognition at the 31st International Franz Schubert Choir Competition in Vienna, Austria. The group performs variety of repertoires such as Folkloric and Ethnic, Sacred, Negro-Spiritual, Pop/Novelty, Contemporary and Period music.

El Coro Ensemble was formed in Jun 2017. This group is from Malaysia and consists of members from various backgrounds. They have been working together in numerous competitions and now become an independent group. El Coro Ensemble has the ability to sing variety style of genre such as Pop, Ballad, Jazz, Classical, Traditional etc. and was conducted by Mr. Azrin Noor. This group has won Gold Award and other recognitions for many International and National Choir Competition. Apart from actively participating in choir competition, this group has also appeared in several private performances and TV appearances in Malaysia

In addition, we also organized many interesting events every year, such as the Christmas party, the Welcome party, and gave joint performances with other groups. NCHU Choir has a long history, and it brought up many outstanding music talents. Paduan Suara Tara Salvia is a school club at Tara Salvia School in Indonesia. The choir was founded in 2010. Since then, the choir has grown and has performed in schools, government events, as well as other local, national and international events. The choir has competed dan received awards from international choir festivals. Now the choir has 64 members from 3rd grade to 9th grade students. The pandemic has added a dimension for the choir to stay productive by making virtual performances dan attending virtual festivals. The choir are hopeful to explore new challenges to develop students talent and increase their experience.
Penabur Children Choir

PENABUR Children Choir was established in 11 January 2020 as a representative choir for an education institution, BPK PENABUR Jakarta. With singers aged 9-14 years old, we have a goal to develop their musical abilities and to form the best character through choral activities. This is based on our vision and mission as the representative choir of BPK PENABUR Jakarta. Under the direction of Jessica Fedora Amadea as the Artistic Director and Kristian Wirjadi as the Associate Conductor, we are moving forward by having 2 virtual concerts celebrating Christmas and Easter in 2021, and got Winner Category for Virtual Choir on 25 July 2022 in the 11th Bali International Choir Festival.

Established in April 2017, Psalm Men Voice is a Equal Voice Group whose members consist of young people from different church backgrounds, but have the same love and seriousness in pursuing choir music. This choir group was formed on the basis of the same interests, namely the desire to serve through song or praise to God. Until now Psalm Men Voice continues to actively carry out services every month in Sunday worship in various churches both held for church services and outside the church. Alvin Marco Basa Tobing, Joined the Batavia Madrigal Singers Choir since 2013 and participated in various prestigious international competitions. Following the choral clinic from various choir figures such as Prof. Katherine Ciesinsky (USA), Jason Max Ferdinand (USA), Jānis Liepiņš (Latvia), Marc o’Leary (Australia), Sir Mark Anthony Carpio (Phillippine), DR. Brady Allred (USA), Christopher Borela (Phillippines), Prof. DR. Yoon Hak-won (South Korea), Lim Ai Hooi (Singapore), Stojan Kuret (Slovenia), Maestro Jae Joon Lee (South Korea), Ivan Yohan (Indonesia). Until now, still studying vocals under the care of Mr. Avip Priatna.
Purwa Caraka Music Studio Choir

Purwa Caraka Music Studio Children Choir was established in 2007 consisting of auditioned students of Purwa Caraka Music Studio, an institution in that is dedicated in music education and have over 80 music centers across Indonesia. Under the direction of Jessica Fedora Amadea, the choir has been actively participating and received many awards in choral and music festivals in Asia. They are also regularly invited to perform at various government, private and commercial events both on air and off air. In 2014, they become category winner of Children Choir under 16 years and performed at Grand Prix round of Singapore International Choir Festival 2014. In 2017, the choir was invited by Distinguished Concerts International New York to perform The World Premiere of Alberto Grau’s latest composition “La Avispa Brava” at the Stern Auditorium of Carnegie Hall, New York conducted by internationally renowned choral conductor, Maria Guinand. On the same year, the choir became the first choir to received “AMI Awards”, Indonesia’s national music awards, for Best Duo/Vocal Group (Children Category) and Best Album for Original Soundtrack of “Surat Kecil Untuk Tuhan”. The choir was also honored to perform The National Anthem of Indonesia “Indonesia Raya” at the Opening Ceremony of 2018 Asian Games, Jakarta with Tulus, Indonesian male singer.
University of Louisiana at Lafayette Chamber Singers

Formed in 2012, the internationally acclaimed UL Lafayette Chamber Singers are the top 32 student vocalists on our campus of nearly to 20,000 students. The ensemble has commissioned and premiered new works by composers such as Fredrik Sixten (Sweden), Snorri Sigfús Birgisson (Iceland), Carlos Garcia (Portugal), Colin Old (UK) and Richard Burchard (USA). The ensemble has won international competitions (International Choral Festival Wales virtual competition) and been invited to perform for the Belgian Parliament in Namur. In addition to competing internationally and commissioning/performing new choral works, the Chamber Singers are also engaged in expanding choral research and knowledge by giving modern premieres of previously unrecorded works from the Baroque and Renaissance eras. Students from any major can audition to be in Chamber Singers, and this diversity of college majors and career paths has become a defining feature of the ensemble’s strength and trajectory. The Chamber Singers are vocal athletes, creators of art, and global ambassadors of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
